I’m from a typical Brazilian family.
I grew up enjoying Sunday lunches with my grandpa, indulging the delicacies prepared by mum and my aunts or a barbecue prepared by the boys. Good music, laughs and domino games have always been part of our rituals.
In Sao Paulo – the gastronomic capital of Brazil – my passion for good food has always been inspired by Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Arabic and African influences. This mixture is what we call Brazilian food.
I came to Australia in 2007 and here with hubby and friends, I continue my adventures exploring the tastes and cuisine of different cultures.
I’m Brazilian and I’m a foodie.
Brazilian Foodie is a space to share my experiments in the kitchen, a seasonal recipes or the finding of good produces.
